Miche Faust

Miche has extensive experience developing and managing cat rescues, fostering, and coordinating adoption operations. When she noticed a need for more cat resources in her newly-adopted town, Miche founded Queen City Cats, Inc., a 501(c)3 organization committed to improving the lives of cats and their people throughout the greater Burlington area. Her previous work experience encompasses agricultural research, federal law enforcement, and veterinary care. As director of QCC, she harnesses this experience to transform her lifelong passion for cats into her life's work. Miche is a Certified Feline Training and Behavior Specialist.

Kristina Madarang Stahl

Kristina has worked with domestic and wild animals for 20+ years as a carnivore biologist, wildlife rehabilitator, shelter director, animal caretaker, and foster. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Chittenden County and Wild in Vermont, Inc. (VT's wildlife rehab organization). She is on the Advisory Council of the Bear Care Group. She studied bears at Prishtina Bear Sanctuary (Kosovo), NEPA law in Guam, and has led fundraising teams for nonprofits focused on biomedical research, climate, and conservation. Kristina earned her bachelor's and master's degrees at the Johns Hopkins University, and guest lectures at universities and international NGOs.
